We strive to continue to provide our customers with the latest trends and fashions at affordable prices.
We only sell brand new first quality items, we do not carry defective, damaged, or returned merchandise.In order to keep doing this, we are unable to offer refunds.
*Please note that items that have been damaged due to wear and tear, or from being washed incorrectly, are not considered to be faulty and therefore are not eligible for exchange or store credit. Please kindly follow care instructions on the label of each item.
*All sales are FINAL when using coupons with 30% off or more. No returns or exchanges. No exceptions.
Items that may NOT be Returned:
- promotional items, sale items, and/or items marked final sale
- anything classified as accessories or jewelry
- intimates, hosiery
- gift cards, store credit
*All shipping & handling is nonrefundable.
We will gladly accept merchandise for store credit within 7 days of receiving your order. WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS AND OR EXCHANGES, ONLY STORE CREDIT. In the case of returned packages with delivery failure, i.e., multiple delivery attempts, insufficient address information, or refusal, we are not responsible for the shipping and return shipping if applicable, store credit will be issued with deduction of a 15% restocking fee and shipping cost from the original payment according to the receipt of the returned packages. If you would like us to reship your package, a shipping fee will be charged.
All returns require a valid return authorization number.
All shoes must be sent back in their original shoe boxes. Please do not tape the shoe boxes when returning or use the box as a shipping box. If there is shipping tape, writing or any address on the shoe box, your return will be rejected.
Once your returned package is received, it will process within 7 business days.
IMPORTANT: By placing an order with us, you are agreeing to our full return policy. We reserve the right to decline a return if the terms described above have not been followed.
Defective Merchandise: All items are fully inspected before shipped, however, should you receive a defective item, please contact us within 2 days of receipt to be eligible for a return.
To request a return, please log on to the site to request the authorization for return.
Follow these steps:
- Log in to your account.
- Go to Completed Order(s)
- View the Order and Select "Return Item".
- Return your items within 7 days of receipt of delivery, to the address provided. Include your order # on the outside of the package. Items not received within the 7 days of the date YOU received the item will be NOT be accepted. (Example: Order received on the 1st, must be in our facility before the 8th).
- Send us the tracking number.
NOTE: Generally, USPS is the best option as there is less charges to you. We do not cover FREE RETURNS, however, we also DO NOT charge you a RETURN PROCESSING FEE or RESTOCKING FEE.
All returned items must be unworn, unwashed merchandise with the tags attached, in the same package sent. Items that do not meet these criteria or are non-returnable, will be denied.
The RMA is only valid for 7 days. If we receive your return after the 7 days it will not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for shipping cost of all returns. Items must be unused with seals intact. Returns must be unworn, unaltered, and unwashed with all tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet our requirements including any signs of wear, odor, or tamperment. Please remember that this return policy applies to online purchases only made through www.teamwardrobe.com. Shipping is non-refundable. Use protective box or wrap with thick paper.
Items with a price of $12 or less are Final Sale. Due to custom fees, all sales on International orders are final. Once your return is received please allow up to 3 business days for your store credit to be issued. ONLY store credit is issued NO refunds. Please Note: All Jewelry, and Sunglasses are FINAL SALE. NO EXCEPTIONS.
We are not responsible for lost packages in the mailing system. Please use a trackable shipping method.
Damaged/ Defective Or Wrong Items
All items are fully inspected before they are shipped, However, should you receive damaged, defective, or the wrong item(s), please contact us for a return authorization within 3 business days of receiving the item.
Once we receive your return, our Online Returns Department will inspect your merchandise. If merchandise is deemed defective, we will issue store credit in the amount of the defective item. Items that are deemed Non-Defective may require return postage if you want the items back.

DUE TO HEALTH RESTRICTIONS, WE CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS FOR ANY JEWELRY, COSTUMES, LINGERIE, HOSIERY, SWIMSUIT OR INTIMATE APPAREL ITEMS. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. WE CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS FOR CLEARANCE ITEMS, ACCESSORIES OR ITEMS COSTING 12.99 and UNDER. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Please Note: The Wardrobe is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
To use your store credit, sign into your TEAMWARDROBE account; you will see your store credit on the "My Account" page. Upon checking out, the store credit will automatically be deducted from your total. If you do not use the entire store credit the remainder will go back into your Team Wardrobe account to be used on future purchases. Our store credit never expires.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Most orders will process and ship within 5-9 business days from date of receipt. Please note that orders will not be shipped over weekends or holidays.Orders are shipped via USPS/Ups provided the items are in stock and there are no problems with the payment verification. Orders within the US take about 3-4 business days to arrive after they have shipped. International orders could take up to 14 days to a month depending on the shipping method selected.
For expedited shipping please select EXPRESS SHIPPING at checkout. Teamwardrobe.com does not guarantee same day shipping. Orders will not be processed on weekends and holidays. Orders placed on Friday will be processed on the Next Monday even air shipment, so Ground shipment will be more economical.
In order to process your order smoothly, we strongly recommend you to use the same address for your shipping address and billing address. Otherwise, your order will be delayed for further verification.
Once a package is dropped off to our carrier for delivery, we will not have any control over the package; therefore, we can not make any guarantees after this point. In cases of errors or delays caused by the shipping carrier, we will help resolve the dispute at our best ability, yet we will not be held responsible or liable. Teamwardrobe.com requires an adult signature on any package over $75.00 in value. A shipping confirmation will be emailed with tracking information once the order has been shipped. We ship worldwide.
Please note: We will not be able to modify your orders once it has been placed. Orders cannot be cancelled or modified.,
International Order Policy
We do not accept return on International orders. All sales on International orders are final.
We are not able to provide destination country tax and duty charges for each order. Please check any restrictions, duties, taxes and any other fees which are collected from your country before you place an order. Teamwardrobe.com will NOT be responsible for any of the above Duties and Fees. If the order arrives at your country and any of the following occur: 1. The customer refuses to accept the package 2. No attempt is made in the country of destination to deliver the package We reserve the right to abandon the package(s) and WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE for any refund.

Billing Terms & Conditions
We verify all billing information provided by our customers. Please enter your billing information correctly; otherwise, your order will be delayed for 48 to 72 hours. We reserve the right to cancel any order that is unable to be verified or processed.
