I SUBMITTED AN INQUIRY, WHEN WILL I HEAR BACK?
The Wardrobe is committed to serving our customers in a timely manner. Once your inquiry is submitted you should receive a response within 24-48 hours.

WHAT CREDIT CARDS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept all major credit cards on our secure site.

WHY ARE THERE TWO CHARGES ON MY ACCOUNT?
If the funds are “pending”, then what you are seeing on your bank account is an authorization. Authorizations are typically conducted by Banks in order to ensure sufficient funds and account authenticity. Please contact the issuing bank should you need help speeding up this process.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE MY ORDER TO SHIP?
Depending on availability and credit verification, most orders will ship within 4-7 business days from date of receipt. Please note that orders will not be shipped over weekends or holidays.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
You will receive an email order confirmation once your order has been received, in addition, a shipping confirmation email will be sent once your order has been shipped. This confirmation will include the tracking number for your package.

MODIFYING YOUR ORDER
Unfortunately, once your order has been processed we are unable to add, modify or cancel any items. If you would like to add an item, please place a new order. If you would like to cancel the order, when your order arrives, please follow the return instructions for a credit.

CAN I RETURN SALE ITEMS?
All sale items are final sale.

HOW DO YOU CHARGE SALES TAX?
Sales tax is only charged to orders shipped to an Arkansas address and are subject to a 9.75% sales tax.

HOW DO I USE STORE CREDIT?
You must sign into your account and your store credit will appear in the My Account section. Upon checking out, you will have the option to apply your store credit as a payment method.
